Mutually beneficial cooperation with leading technology companies
Hello friends! Having extensive experience in creating high-quality automated control systems, ASA is increasingly invited to take part in the creation of technological lines and even plants for the production of chemical components as a developer of APCS.
Below are some cases of such successful cooperation.
Case 1: Technology of synthesis and modification of rubbers
Polish company Jakusz Sp. z O.O. invited ASA to develop the process control system for the synthesis of polymer rubbers and their modification (HTPB and co-polymers).
APCS of this production line controls the equipment located in the explosive zone, as well as controls the exothermic processes of chemical reactions.
ASA performed the design of the control system, the manufacture and supply of equipment, the development of PLC, HMI, SCADA software, as well as installation and commissioning at the customer's site. The year of implementation — 2019.

Case 2: Creation of APCS for an acid recovery plant
In 2019-2022, ASA took part in the design and construction of a plant for the regeneration of nitric and sulfuric acid using the technology of the German company PLINKE (part of the American holding KBR).
The plant is designed for production of concentrated nitric acid of min. 98.5 wt.% HNO3 and concentrated sulfuric acid of min. 96.0 wt% H2SO4 from weak nitric acid, spent nitric and sulfuric acid. The source of the spent acids are various explosives production processes.
The plant includes a NOx absorption unit. At the moment, the project is at the stage of installation and commissioning. The plant will be commissioned by the end of 2022.
Case 3: Technological line for recrystallization of organic salts to obtain a product AP
This technology was developed by the Czech company Pharm Partners s.r.o. ASA took part in the development of APCS in 2020-2022.
