MUTUAL RESPECT: The Path That Heals

The path to healing begins with tiny little decisions.

You don’t necessarily just wake up one day and give away all your possessions, fly to a tropical island to do 10 min yoga poses for hours straight, fast, practice silence, do breathing exercises three times a day, practice deep meditation, and pray to align fully with your r3al life purpose…

…Ironically, I admit to having done all of these things in the past month. BUT there is A LOT that led up to that – and everyone’s journey is completely unique to them.?

This is A.R.T.(Aligned Resonant Truth)

Yes – I write this and beam it out to you on a mountain top from a place of beautiful serenity and connected harmony.?

The Truth is, that beautiful place comes from within.?

?

Someone asked me if I had to leave New York City and come here to find that level of peace.?

The r3al answer is it was never about “finding” anything, it was only about taking space to clear what remained in the way.

The Truth is, once you return to this level of Presence and Peace Within, it remains.

Calibrating energy starts with tiny decisions. So ask your Self, “what in this moment will protect my energy? What will heal me?”

I’m not talking about COPING, I’m talking about what ?H.E.A.L.S. (Harmonious Elevation Autonomously Levitates Systems). More on that in another email.

Anything can be happening in the world around you… Peace and clarity never left.

Once you have tapped into the space of centered calm, and eliminated all the toxins that stand in the way, you r3alize this is our natural state of Being.

A peaceful life is priceless.?
