  • Black pepper powder
  • Lemon juice

  • Oil for cooking
  • hand teared fresh coriander (for garnish)

Procedure:In a deep mixing bowl, place the small pieces of lamb meat.

Add cumin powder, cardamom powder, black pepper powder, salt, fresh lemon juice, chili powder, ghee, and some oil to the meat.

  1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients to coat the meat evenly. Let it marinate for about an hour in the same pan or pressure cooker you'll be using to cook it.fusing a pressure cooker, place it on the gas stove over high heat and cook. After four to five whistles, check the meat and continue to cook on low heat until it's tender and cooked properly, ensuring there's no excess water. If using a pan or a deep utensil, cook the marinated meat over low heat for about an hour until it's tender and well-cooked.When the meat is cooked to perfection, garnish your Mutton Pakku with chopped coriandet .Serve it to your guests during your lunch or dinner party.

You can also refrigerate the leftover Mutton Pakku for a few days, but avoid adding cilantro if you plan to store it.
