10 个月Jim, I agree with all of these but how does one "screen" for these types of skills? Testing a persons knowledge of a project is easy. This stuff not so much.

10 个月No substitute for having done it before and getting smacked around a bit. That is how you really learn. Microsoft says their products can do anything but unless you know the gotchas odds are you will be running in circles for months and on endless tech support calls.
