A Must Read is Coming in February

Growing up in Rochester NY was entrepreneur heaven - Kodak, Xerox, Bausch & Lomb, Champion, French's, Gannett, Schlegel, Western Union, Ragu, Hickey-Freeman, Wegman's, Genesee Beer.... and, of course, Paychex. Many of these companies were founded on not only sound business practices but plain common sense and hard work. It is one I have built my career on.

Tom Golisano, who is the self-made Billionaire who founded Paychex, is coming out with a book "Built, Not Born: A Self-Made Billionaire's No-Nonsense Guide for Entrepreneurs". I have been blessed with an advanced copy and just finished reading it. It is a must-read!

Since it is not out yet I am holding off on details, however, there is one snippet that, to me, sums up the book perfectly:
