Thank you in advance for reading and implementing these tips in your life ...
- Regular exercises, specially for neck and back
- Walking can be perfect for daily routine
- Stretching on and off during office hours pretty helpful
- Listen to music , it has therapeutic effect and also energize brain
- Register for Meditation classes if not regular that at least on weekends
- Try to spend some time hanging out with friend and family rather than always be on FB and social media sites
- Plan 2 short vacations every 6 months
- On weekends try not to be online for chatting or watching online videos etc.
- Try to create and find hobby which requires you to commute and meet people
- Learning some dance moves can be FUN
- Singing or painting if you have the creative side might help you relax and boost your confidence
- Many more to add up gradually.. Till then please try these and keep me posted on how you Feel :)
