Music tone, Story tone, Muscle tone

Music tone, Story tone, Muscle tone

I think TONE is a word or phrase with the ambiguity feature. It is based on how the author makes the interpretation on it, and defines it.?

Music tone can be referring to the periodic sound characterized by pitch, intensity, duration etc. Tone in a story is the way the author expresses the attitudes and mood in the writing.?

And how about muscle tone??

Does it have a range of intensity? What is the characteristic of muscle tone??

Muscle tone is the most common and widely used term among clinicians in our field.?

We always discussed and shared about what is muscle tone to clients, your muscle tone is high, your muscle tone is low etc.?

Muscle tone often refers to a relaxed state of muscle under the spontaneous excitability by the?central nervous system.?

Clinicians always refer to it as the feeling of resistance offered by a person when a body segment is asked to relax and move slowly throughout the range of motion.?

Does muscle tone come with the properties of no activation or partial activation of muscle??

Maybe a better way to interpret it as the muscle state where the ability of a person relaxes to a maximum level in clinical practice.?

We need to take some factors into consideration when we talk about muscle tone, like the host factor can affect the feeling of resistance by clinician, involvement of soft tissue(ligaments, tendon, capsule) and measure level of muscle activation under the instruction to relax completely.?
