8 年it cannot be easy doing to rounds, the bars, the weddings and taking the big steps needed to progress. music (of near enough all genre) is part of my life whether it's on my commute or kicking back at weekends, it gets you through stuff, relaxes and energises and without the up and coming acts the music industry would struggle if it could only rely on manufactured 'music' keep doing what you're doing Harriet!

8 年Stuart Gregg That's great to hear Stuart, as long as there is music there will always be true music lovers out there. The live experience cannot be beaten, with any amount of new tech/VR etc. The challenge is making sure these musicians can find ways to fund their development. We are on it!

8 年For the love of music indeed! Today's manufactured 'music' really isn't all that! I'd much prefer to be in the basement at 229 or barfly in London watching the real talent that gets overlooked by the masses.. one chance, on break is all they are looking for. The small intimate gigs are the places to be to to see the real grafters, the guys and girls who deserve the chances ! My daughter spends hours on line championing these kind of acts and we've been to loads of launch parties and small gigs supporting them from the start of their journeys! Secret Sessions gets my vote !
