1.Senior Operations Municipality Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will requires a seasoned operations professional that is innovative, progressive, and creative with strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate must be equipped with the ability to effectively communicate with the NEOM end users and NEOM service providers across all sectors to ensure jurisdictional authority is performing in accordance with the vision of the city. 

The candidate will be proponent of public facilities in the jurisdictional authority in addition to management of “day to day” normal operations and event operations.

Basic Salary Range- 20000 - 25000

2. Senior QA/QC Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

This role will required a seasoned QA/QC specialist who will be require dto Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards

Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions

Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service line.

The role is required to provide oversite and support for general facilities operations and maintenance service activities undertaken by service partners and in line with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s

4. CAFM Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is required to develop and coordinate related asset and equipment life cycle models that inform minor capital works, service charges, commercial budgets and work schedules. The role also covers for undertaking commercial, grade analysis around life cycle costs appraisals.

5. Technical Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Technical Services team, the specialist will undertake technology assessments for NEOM and with Facilities Management service partners to identify improvements in service delivery using current and new technologies, will analyze use of the mobile and static CAFM system to ensure compliance and will assess new technologies available in ‘industry’ with a view to testing and evaluating their ;fit for purpose’ use within NEOM Facilities Management. The production of system technical reports, technical compliance assessment (QA/QC) reports and ‘new’ technology recommendation papers are essential elements of the role.

Basic Salary Range- 20000 - 25000

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is responsible to the Senior Commercial Manager for executing applicable contracts, SLA’s, KPI’s, benchmarking and reporting. Additionally, the role will work with the wider applicable team in respect of commercial management.

7. Procurement Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is responsible to the Senior Commercial Manager for executing applicable procurement & applicable contracts SLA’s, KPI’s, benchmarking and reporting. Additionally, the role will work with the wider applicable team in respect of procurement management.

8. Operations Municipality Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

?Responsible for upcoming field tasks, to include planning, scheduling, calculations, materials, and equipment necessary for surveying, control, and various building systems layout.

?Leads and participates in a variety of land survey operations such as boundary, topography, leveling, design, as-built, and maintaining horizontal and vertical control networks utilizing a full range of survey equipment.

?This position requires working with many departments around the city as well as the public and other municipalities. with minimal supervision and be able to use initiative and good work ethic to accomplish assigned tasks.

The role will be required to care for the health of animals and work to protect public health. The role will be required to diagnose, treat, and research medical conditions and diseases of various types of animals.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role will be required to perform the following activities: conduct inspections of transported, stored, processed, prepared, cooked and served food, carrying out quality control checks and the application of HACCP throughout. Inspections will include, testing samples of raw ingredients, processed products & cooked food, analyzing and presenting results, making sure all food processes meet hygiene regulations, training catering staff in the importance of safety standards, checking labelling and packaging, writing quality reports, advising service partners about making improvements and issuing warning notices.
