MULTISTAKEHOLDERS DIALOGUE

The “Multi stakeholders Dialogue” involved stakeholders’ engagement through reciprocal learning activities about SDGs in meaningful collaboration. The session provided an avenue for sharing knowledge, ideas, and experience among stakeholders on the progress of implementation of sustainable development in Tanzania. The session also established roadmap-action points toward CSO's Voluntary National Review (VNR) 2022-23.?

Outcomes from Multi Stakeholders Dialogue were;

1. Action point in line with the national roadmap for Voluntary National Review process in 2023 for CSOs active participation in the processes was set up and shared to members for reviews ahead of TSDP thematic leads meetup.
2. A policy brief developed was shared to build an understanding of the National Coordination Mechanism for SDGs Implementation in Tanzania which involves key actors both from the government, CSOs and other stakeholders ahead of the consultative meetings for VNR in 2023.
3. Members of the Platform shared recommendations on better coordination of multi-stakeholders’ partnership to enhance effective implementation as outlined in the National Coordination Mechanism for SDGs Implementation.?

Modes of the session were presentations, focus group discussion, and sharing of SDGs reports for useful discussion.
