• Effectively ended abortion in Idaho when it went into effect on August 11, 2022—legal abortions dropped to virtually zero overnight on the day it went into effect
• The statewide abortion rate has declined by 99.7% since the law into effect—from 1,800 abortions annually to only 5 abortions in the last year

No Public Funds For Abortion Act (2021)

• Drafted and championed as a partnership between IFPC and ADF
• Defunded Planned Parenthood in Idaho
• Prevents Idaho schools, colleges, and universities from advocating for abortion, providing abortifacients to female students, and referring female students to abortion clinics

Vulnerable Child Protection Act (2023)

• Drafted and championed by IFPC
• Protects gender-confused children from irreversible sex change drugs and surgeries
• After a long court battle, the U.S. Supreme Court just allowed it to go into effect a couple months ago

School Bathroom Legislation (2023)

• Drafted and championed by IFPC
• Protects the privacy and safety of all students in school bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers
• Currently being litigated in the federal courts

Children's School and Library Protection Act (2023)

• Drafted and championed by IFPC
• Created a statewide duty of care for public schools and community libraries to restrict children's access to obscene materials
• First-of-its-kind in the country

Fairness in Women's Sports Act (2020)

• Drafted by Alliance Defending Freedom; championed by IFPC
