Here are some thoughts based on the four contrasts from the Myers-Briggs matrix.? Practice with others to hone your skills:

Another way to assess the style of the interviewer is to look for one of 4 basic types:

·??????? The Challenger – Wants to?cross-examination you to get their questions answered
·??????? The Examiner - Wants their check list of skills/experiences completed; one, two, three?
