Multinational Improvement Projects

We at SC&C Partner seem to be getting involved in more and more multinational projects where our clients are using our services in other geographies or that we are working more though our global partners.

It is always satisfying to know that we can influence not just the local site but can actual work with multiple sites and share learnings cross-culturally. Also working closer with the corporate functions of multinationals often brings a synergetic effect not possible when working with individual sites.

Recent projects include Problem Solving for an Automotive Tier 1 supply with branches in Romania, France and Tunisia as well as in Mexico and Japan, Kaizen workshops for a Home Appliances parts supplier with factories in Czech, Slovakia and Bulgaria and another multinational Automotive supplier with branches in all contents where we have been working on a large data processing project.

This work brings with itself a significant amount of travel, even in these, hopefully nearly over, COVID times, however when it comes to Problem Solving and Kaizen activities there is no doubt that F2F workshops are much more efficient and effective than any on-line activities.
