For the third quarter of 2023, overall deal volume fell 14% from Q2. We are seeing a 13.4% decline in $/unit and 6.7% decline in $/SF from the previous quarter. Removing the outlier sale of Deer Park Apartments, those numbers are further depressed. The gap in expectations between buyers and sellers remains.
