It’s crazy how when we consolidate all of our 2, 3 or 4 person individual BDCs in our stores group wide, the energy that’s in a room of 20 (use your own number here) agents trained to be razor sharp is incredible! A sharp contrast to the dreary ho hum quiet rooms with mostly typing and very little if any conversations on the phone (because most appointments are set on the phone) that exists in most BDCs today. BDC Reps can actually serve as a training mechanism for new hires in the future because we use streamlined training, expecactions and word tracks. Straight out of BDC training, a new BDC agent is sandwiched strategically between veteran performing lead reps/supervisors/assistant managers in our Centralized BDC. They are monitored closely by our leadership team and must acheive new hire progression standards before getting your fresh internet leads and phone ups. Once again, a sharp contrast to almost every BDC that allows a new BDC represenative to start working on fresh, hot leads on day one. We mold hunters and vet their performance on campaigns like unsold showroom traffic, lease returns, equity, buy backs, orphan owners, referrals and more before we put them loose on your hottest leads. And we set ourselves apart by routinely working these champaigns above that 99% of dealers can’t or won’t.
