Multi-Repurposing As A Marketing Strategy

"Multi-Repurposing"

Repurposing in the Creative Content Studio world is where you reuse content across different mediums, or audiences. 

It’s another one of those “let’s copy what Big Businesses are doing, but at our own scale” type of tactics.

For example I make a promo video for Facebook & we repurpose that same video onto YouTube. Or I write an automated email campaign for restaurant owner Prospects & we change a few words & repurpose that same set of emails for an automated email campaign sent out to Parking Lot Owners.

This alone can make your Marketing System much more efficient, help you reach many more people—and boost your bottom-line significantly.

Multi-Repurposing is a phrase I made up for when we use the fact that we're automating and repurposing our Content (meaning, we use the fact that we're a digitally savvy Company) as a Benefit to a Prospective Client while we're in the midst of delivering an automated campaign to them.

I didn’t invent the processes, but I don’t know of anyone else that’s attempted to apply this at a Brokerage or single Realtor’s Marketing System.

In fact, I don’t see anyone doing this (yet)—anywhere—in the Real Estate Industry, but it’s only a matter of time.

Without giving away too many of the dozens and dozens(!) of applications this could have for your Real Estate Business, here’s an example:

We tell our list of “2nd Year up-and-coming Real Estate Agents” that--in the same way that we're engaging with them (through an automated process), that's how your System can quickly & efficiently communicate *for* them.

We might say something like, “What if all of the people who helped get into homes (and their Facebook Friends) were automatically given a frictionless way to leave you a Recommendation on your Facebook Page, a 5-Star Review on Zillow, and a short Testimonial Video?

“Our Marketing System can be specified (in real-time) to focus on boosting your 5-Star Reviews—whether for a certain period of time, or at a certain point in your Clients’ journey while they’re Buying or Selling their home with you.”

Now we’re using a System that’s already built for you—and already “multi-tasking” much, much more of your Prospecting to potential Clients—in order to also *recruit* more Realtors for your Team.

Now, when I say “We tell our list.…” couldn’t we “tell” them through a short (60-90 second, well-edited, Vertical-style) Video that we reached them with through a Business Page Post, Sharing to Groups, targeting (and ReTargeting) through Facebook Ads, and in a number of other places that we’ve determined these particular Agents are congregating?

We create a mini-funnel, ending in a Form (attached to your Business Page, and/or on a Landing Page), in order to gauge the level of interest in these potential recruits.

And then you’re only notified once these particular Prospects have opted for the “Schedule a Phone Interview” option, at the end of this mini-funnel.

That is an example of “Multi-Repurposing”.

Now, imagine what would happen if we took the most personable of these new Recruits, and immediately plugged them into (not only their own, Automated Digital Marketing System—that goes without saying—but also) a Multi-Repurposing accelerator of their own.…? And we get to work on building up their own Team.…?
