Multi-Disciplinary Exhibition 2022-23

This year’s multi-disciplinary exhibition was a special effort put up by students and teachers considering how the world slowly crawled back to the stage of normalcy after the dreadful effects of Covid-19. The event from the lens of North Point Residential School was an opportunity to strengthen the everblooming relationship between the school and the parents by making them part of the history created by their very own beloved child.?

Event inauguration and inspection

The chief guest of the inter-disciplinary exhibition 2022 was non-other than Shri. M.P Singh, DIG BSF, Kadamtala accompanied by the Commandant of BSF, Kadamtala was welcome to the school premises with a huge round of applause by students and parents.

After a grand inauguration of the event, sir was escorted by heads of the school to inspect the interdisciplinary models and projects on display. The excited students sitting by the side of the models actively explained the work they put up winning the heart of our chief guest who took a keen interest in interacting with students and encouraging them to achieve their dream through hard work and dedication before biding goodbye and wishing success to school in all our future endeavors.?

For an event as important as a multi-disciplinary exhibition, the role of digital and print media is significant that’s why the school invited Khabar Samay and CCN to cover the entire event and in the process, they had a word with our school principal, hostel coordinator, and students.?

The print media namely Bharat Darpan and Janpath Samachar had their newspaper printed with an overview of a multi-disciplinary exhibition of our school which definitely reflects the self-esteem of North Point Residential School in an influx of education institutes sprawled over every corner of Siliguri.?

Influx of parents?

To grace the all-important event, we had parents who were sent invitations from school to explore the array of wonderful works put up by their beloved children. As they start exploring the creativity and models we noticed a sense of pride in all the smiling faces of our dear parents. The priceless moments of students accompanying their parents to different classrooms were inspiring to see on the other hand reflected the amount of confidence the students have to present their creativity defying any sort of fear and hesitations.

The event was a shade of celebration with an opportunity for parents, teachers, and students to come together to share the word of thoughts. The sincere effort of the school to provide a platform for students to lead and represent was accomplished through a successful conclusion of the event.?

A great future ahead?

An event like this where the confidence of parents is won effortlessly highlights the resourceful minds of our students on one hand whereas on the other reflects the great cooperation and coordination among students and teachers. It must be remembered a school where an unspeakable gap between the two is created, then an objective to reach the stars is never achieved but in North Point Residential School, the ideas for the event were researched parallelly and for all reasons justifies why the name and fame of the school is utter with a great sense of respect along the lines of some of the best schools in India.
