Team IMECO has successfully designed and commissioned a three-chamber ultrasonic cleaning machine for High pressure die castings with intricate galleries and passages with a cleanliness requirement of <0.5 mg Millipore.
This machine has a single head type automatic basket Handling system with gantry and external supports powered with a 3000 W ultrasonic bank with features of basket rotation, filtration and oil separation.
The parts are dried in vacuum to ensure packing worthy.
The machine is in operation with round the clock duty cycl

Very effective vacuum drying though component had a intricate passages wherein chances of retention of fluid are high. 3. Innovative design of single head transporter which ensures infinite cycles without breakdown.
