Mulesoft ChatGPT Api

Introduction

I have published, in these last few weeks, several articles about OpenAI, Mulesoft Connector for OpenAI (here ?the reference), Connector usage scenarios and more.

Now, I want to introduce Mulesoft ChatGPT Api, an application that I built with Mulesoft that allows you to interact through with a bot using the Artificial Intelligence.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer),is an innovative language model developed by the OpenAI company.

This artificial intelligence tool uses large amounts of data to generate responses that are consistent and relevant to the input it receives from the user (this ability is due to training techniques on large amounts of data). The use can take place in a variety of contexts including services, research, analysis and translations

What is GPT chat and how to use it

GPT is an AI tool that elaborates the most suitable answers using and using a natural language (NLP), similar to the human one, through learning algorithms.

Users can chat with the language model by providing it with initial input and specify useful information to produce a coherent response.

This chat can be used by both individuals and companies for various purposes, including:

???customer service: handles common questions and provides consistent answers to customers,

???translation: translates a text to allow effective communication between people of different nationalities,

???creative writing: helps generate ideas for stories and writings,

???personal assistants: creates virtual assistants that support in the planning, formulation and provision of information,

???market research: conducting surveys and gathering insights,

???sentiment Analysis: Analyze social media posts to spot trends.

It can be seen how this chat can offer numerous advantages, making it an innovative tool capable of improving the way of communicating and interacting with technology.

Mulesoft ChatGPT Api

It is an API, built using Anypoint Studio with WebSockets,but above all using the Mulesoft OpenAI connector (here ?the reference) that allows you to interact with a bot, asking questions, of a different nature, and obtaining the answers elaborated by the AI.

There are different ways to interact, we can ask for example: 'What is Mulesoft?', 'How is the weather today?', 'Find a picture about a Mule with a mountain in the background',or even more technical questions relating to the IT world (for example, creating an SQL statement) and specific technical questions relating to Mulesoft (for example, how to use Dataweave to transform a payload from Json into Xml).
