Reliance Industries Ltd Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani has become the world's sixth-richest person, replacing Google co-founder Larry Page from the position. Mukesh Ambani's net worth is $72.4 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index in July 2020. This Oil and gas tycoon Mukesh Ambani, has a very simple leadership style.

1) Vision-- Mukesh Ambani has a strong vision for India's future and many new things planned ahead of time. Reliance Jio is a live example, by which he achieved 32% market share of mobile network market in India in just 4 years of entry and he is planning to offer more value added services. His policy to extract more money from the consumers by providing them with free voice calls as compared to the current tariff charges that you have to pay for the same to other telecom providers paid off very well in a crowded mobile market. It no wonder that Facebook has bought a 9.9 percent stake in Reliance Jio for $5.7 billion (Rs 43,574 crore), valuing the telecom arm of Reliance Industries at a whopping $65.95 billion which shows that the company will come with a very solid plans for internet usage in future, as a result of Google's investment, Jio Platforms has raised a total of Rs. 1,52,056 crores. Money making machine-- The deal values Reliance Jio at a whopping Rs 4.62 lakh crore. With such a massive valuation of Reliance Jio, only four listed companies can claim to be more valuable, namely, Reliance Industries Ltd (Jio's parent firm); Tata group's TCS; India's largest private bank HDFC Bank; and FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever. In such a short time Jio has become a formidable telecome player with 100 million users. First, it's a part of RIL, the largest company in India. Second, Jio is the market leader and alreadu making profits. It makes abundant business sense to invest in Jio and make profits before the company gets listed on the stock market a few years from now. Modesty--He enjoys traditional Indian cuisine and he is strictly a vegetarian.
