Much gratitude for my election as ICF Global Board Director

I am delighted, excited and profoundly honored to have been elected as a Director at the Global Board of the International Coach Federation.

My gratitude particularly goes to my dear colleagues and mentors across the world who inspired and supported my application for the position, to ICF for facilitating my professional development over the last decade, and to all voters amongst ICF's 25,000+ strong membership for their participation in the election.

Now I’ve got quite some work to do, together with my esteemed colleagues at the Board, ICF awesome team at its headquarters in the USA, ICF Chapters' leaders and passionate ICF volunteers across 135 countries, to honor and take further ICF's outstanding contribution over the last 20 years! 

ICF's Vision is "Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF Member represents the highest quality of professional coaching."

Its mission is: "ICF exists to lead the global advancement of the coaching profession."

As coaches, we all dream of more work opportunities, greater impact and heightened contribution to society. As an ICF Global Board member, I will passionately help advance ICF’s 5 strategic goals to make this happen, and win further the hearts and minds of ICF members and clients in the process.

I will notably focus on enhancing coaching’s standing—especially in emerging markets, elevating standards in coach education and craft, and extending coaching’s reach beyond our current boundaries.

I will also help to reinforce and expand connections and cross-fertilization between all leaders at ICF and ICF Chapters across all continents.

All along the next 2 years I will be gratefully relay to the Board ideas you may have - as a coach or as a client - about advancing our profession further and how ICF can serve its members ever better.
