Database Administrator- MySQL MSSQL 8+ Years Pune Location ?Responsible for providing support of SQL and MySQL Infrastructure ?Installation and configuration of SQL Server in single and cluster mode. ?Primarily role is supporting the production and development SQL databases ?Good experience in Replication, Log shipping, Clustering ?Experience in Database patch Installation, clean up, cloning, DB Job scheduling. ?Configuring and maintaining Database replication / standby / clusters. ?Creation of maintenance plans and jobs for update stats , defragmentation ?Review contention for CPU, memory, network, and disk resources ?Review fragmentation by investigating row chaining and other areas of fragmentation ?Capture Performance Statistics using performance monitors ?Define Backup policy and retention policy for complete/differential/transaction backup ?Conduct backup, restoration drills for backup verification in different scenarios. ?Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of DB administration, License Management, Version upgrades and migrations ?Execution of backup/recovery procedures ?Creation and Maintenance of Database Instances & Performance fine tuning ?Good experience in Replication, Log shipping, Clustering
