MSP Product Profile: Strety

Who are you and what's your background?

My name is Brian Dosal , and I'm the co-founder and CEO of Strety, a software platform designed to help businesses run EOS? or Pinnacle business operating systems. Prior to founding Strety, I co-founded BrightGauge Software, which as many know was (and still seems to be) a leading analytics platform for MSPs.? I served as CEO of BrightGauge until we sold the company to Continuum in December 2018. Before starting BrightGauge in 2010, I held several roles at an MSP in Miami, FL.

Why did you start this product?

We created Strety because we truly believe in EOS? and saw an opportunity to improve the software solutions available for running EOS, especially in the MSP space. Many existing platforms felt outdated, lacked integration with daily systems, and were overpriced. So, we brought the BrightGauge team back together to launch Strety in Q4 of 2023. Since then, the product has gained significant traction, and in just 15 months, we were granted an official license from EOS License—one of only two companies to receive this agreement.

Tell us about your product

Strety isn’t just a tool for EOS either. It’s also a centralized platform for managing internal documentation, handling people management (including performance reviews and 1x1s), and tracking employee engagement. Think of Strety as a solution to replace multiple people-related tools, with the core powered by EOS or Pinnacle.

What's your value proposition?

For the MSP industry, a key value is our deep integration with Microsoft Teams and extensive integrations for syncing tasks across platforms. For example, a To-Do in Strety can create a ticket in ConnectWise, and when the ticket is closed, it automatically closes the To-Do in Strety. It’s seamless.
