Mshine-10 years of hardships and continuing to move forward

Modern decorative marble originated in Italy. For the last hundred years, marble has been polished using chemical "crystallisation" such as oxalic acid.

10 years ago (2010), a customer from Hong Kong asked us at the Xiamen Stone Fair, "Your concrete polishing pads are good, but can you develop a diamond polishing pad that can be polished to about 90-100 degrees without oxalic acid and other chemicals?" .

We thought it was not possible at that time, but told the R&D department to conduct a comprehensive comparison test (without any chemical) on marble polishing pads from all over the world, and the result showed that:

the domestic(China) polishing pads at that time had a gloss of 15-20 degrees when polished to 3000#;

the Japanese polishing pads had a gloss of 30-40 degrees when polished to 3000#;

the Italian polishing pads had a gloss of 40-50 degrees when polished to 3000#.

So we thought that pure physical polishing was possible! The first R&D goal we set was to catch up with Japan in 3 years and Italy in 5 years! During this process we kept sending the products under development to foreign markets for testing. Until November 2014 when we went abroad to test mechenical polishing up to 100 degrees with our customers.

So in 2015, we started to make a new mould for test marketing in the domestic market and still found some minor problems. Constantly improving constantly testing it on the domestic and foreign markets, and then many more times until 2019 when it was a complete success!?

After 10 years of research and development and continuous testing, numerous failures, finally achieved "mechanical polishing to 90-100 degrees". Not only does it achieve fast gloss, crystal lustre and long-lasting transparency, but it also realises EZshine's mission of "providing healthy, non-polluting and green products for society"!

EZshine's factory was established in 1993 and exported to Germany in 1995 and attended the exhibition in Germany in 1996; 2 years ago at the exhibition in Italy, we used marble polishing pads for a live demonstration and many visitors did not believe that we did not use chemicals, so we asked them to go to the bathroom to get tap water and do the whole polishing process themselves, and they witnessed the reflective effect they made with their own hands and were amazed!

Over the past 27 years, EZshine's R&D centre has been dedicated to the research of grinding and polishing technology, and has collaborated with scientific research teams from Sichuan University, Xiamen University and renowned universities from the USA. With the strength of our technological innovation, we are able to solve the technical problems encountered by our customers in the process of grinding and polishing flooring.
