I am working in Calco Poly Technik since 4 years. As I can say in my organization women workers is equally treated as men workers. Women workers are so much safe in Calco because the company provides proper facility to protect the women employee. 

As a working women work-life balance is one of the major problems of the women workers to work efficiently in the company. They have to manage family and company both and this makes to fall under stress but as a Calco employee, I can say I don’t face any problem like this.  

Calco Director Mr. Varun Gupta treat us with dignity, respect and provide us with equal opportunity in decision making and leadership and promote us to a higher position. Each and every safety create a good atmosphere for the women employee.

In Calco, Employees health, Safety and well-being during this COVID period are paramount. Although they asked for all the employees to work from home. There’s still a strong moral responsibility and they ensure that our health and well being is the heart of Calco response to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The company support was shown to me and my colleagues by the company have been wonderful.

Calco is honestly been the great company I have worked for and I want very badly to stay with Calco for many more years to come. I just love being a part of the Calco team and feel great pride in saying “I am with Calco”.You all treat your employees so good and with utmost respect and I greatly appreciate that.
