Jason brings over three decades of experience in automotive services and manufacturing to MS Companies. With a solid 20 years at Johnson Controls, where he excelled in a director of operations and plant manager roles, Jason has honed his skills in operational leadership and strategic management. His journey with MS Companies began in 2013 when he joined as Chief Strategy Officer, where he oversaw strategy and drove continuous improvement in operations, financial analysis, business development, quality, and customer service.?

His performance and acumen led to his promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2017. As COO, Jason has been the cornerstone of MS Companies’ operational excellence, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His responsibilities have included overseeing daily operations, implementing robust process improvements, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our team and customers. Jason’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction has been evident since joining.?
