Ms. Bhawna Sharma: Administrative Assistant

Prior to everything a big thanks to the core leaders of the company for employing me. I'm elated to have this opportunity to work with CALCO.

Traditionally, men worked their way up the corporate ladder to assume senior leadership positions. And, women were not even hired for higher-paying jobs and are still not fully included in succession planning and career planning. But at CALCO the entire team keeps encouraging women and pushing them to the next level.

Being a girl it's very hard to step out for a new curriculum that is totally unknown to us and then finding the best, takes a lot. 

As a fresher and learner, I’ve always been concerned about having a meaningful job that connects to my values, purpose, and work-life balance. There were many issues regarding the environment I'd be entering for me, as well as my parents. But when I entered Calco I found a second family in my workplace, being the most junior I'm always treated with gratitude as I do to my seniors. The way of teaching, the gestures, everything, in short, is really that favourable which I wished to have.

I always looked forward to starting my professional career with some focused, dynamic and progressive company and now when I have this I'm going to give it my best.
