Welcome to this month’s edition of Buckét news!
New innovation and technology are always on our radar to use to improve the service we deliver to our customers. We are excited to share with you what we have been up to over the last month, including how we have worked hard on improving the lives of our employees by becoming a Living Wage Employer.
Here is what we got up to in May.
At Mrs Buckét, we understand how important it is to maintain a clean environment. Our commercial cleaning services provides a clean, safe workspace, an increase in staff productivity and a reduction in staff sickness.
In addition to our wealth of experience in the cleaning industry, we invest in innovation and new technology to improve the service we deliver to our customers.
We also understand that no two businesses are the same which is why we create tailored cleaning services structured around your business needs and requirements.

We are delighted that Mrs Buckét has been certified by the Living Wage Foundation as an accredited Living Wage Employer.
With the help of our new Head of People, Kate Ablett, Mrs Buckét aims to boost the employee experience in order to ensure that our staff feel valued and supported.
Rachael Flanagan, Managing Director of commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét, was one of a select group of Welsh female entrepreneurs invited to an event hosted by the Secretary of State for Wales on behalf of the UK Government earlier this week at Gwydyr House in Whitehall. Rachael being honoured with an invitation to such a prestigious event is another very exciting milestone for Mrs Buckét.
Rachael founded Mrs Buckét in 2005, spending £20 on printed flyers for her new business and distributing them around her local area.
Watch Rachael talk about how she grew the business as she appears on Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch.
We are delighted to be working with Panasonic Manufacturing UK Ltd! Mrs Buckét was awarded the new work after we demonstrated the fundamental ways in which we could add value to Panasonic and help it create an enhanced employee experience.
The Panasonic plant is based in Cardiff since 1976 and this is the first time that the organisation has employed an external cleaning company, having previously managed it in-house.
Mrs Buckét is always looking for new innovative ways to grow and better the company. Which is why Mrs Buckét Managing Director Rachael Flanagan, accompanied by Yvette Wilkins, Operations Director, did not miss the chance to attend the four day, international business networking platform for the cleaning and hygiene industry, Interclean Amsterdam.
This event was the perfect mix between learning about new technology and connecting with new like-minded businesses and suppliers that Mrs Buckét is keen to work with.
This month we share our Top Tip on how to make easy changes in your business to avoid spreading any germs.
Watch this short video of Rachael sharing her Top Tips for the month.
We look forward to discussing your requirements in more detail and show you what a difference we can make to your organisation.
