The awards ceremony for the best stakeholders in customer service took place on Friday 17 March at the Hotel La falaise in Bonapriso. The said ceremony saw the award to Mr. Yuyun Clement,?Assistant General Manager of Union Bank of Cameroon as "Customer Service Manager of the Year". With customer satisfaction at the core of the bank's business, this award demonstrates his dedication and determination to put the bank at the top of the charts in terms of customer service excellence

Vendredi 17 mars dernier, à l'h?tel La falaise de Bonapriso a eu lieu la cérémonie de remise des récompenses aux meilleurs acteurs de la relation client. Ladite cérémonie?a vu la récompense de M. Yuyun Clement Directeur Général Adjoint de Union Bank of Cameroon en tant que "Customer Service Executive of the Year". La satisfaction client étant au centre l'activité de la banque, ce prix démontre le dévouement et?la détermination de ce dernier à mettre la banque au sommet des classements en matière d'excellence de service à la clientèle.
