Dear Management:?You've all heard the sayings spouted to leaders, over the years... "Don't sweat the small stuff...", "Always?look at the big picture...", "Stay out of the?weeds..." etc.?

While all good lines for an armchair mentor, to throw out... I believe the world is more complicated than a one line solution.

So my approach... is to find a good balance, between these one liners.

And THOSE are my couple pennies.
