Mr Mulligans

In the first of our #GBS20 "Meet the exhibitor" series, we'd like to introduce Mr Mulligans, Exhibiting with us at Cheltenham Town Hall on 10th & 11th June in stand So1.

Mr Mulligans is a sensational indoor crazy golf venue in the heart of Cheltenham. It’s a land where the jungle meets the deep blue sea and historic ruins protect the shadows of terrifying monsters and Jurassic creatures. Adventurers can explore two incredible18 hole courses weaving through perilous obstacles. Hidden treasures can be found throughout the courses and explorers may stumble upon two mesmerising UV Rooms, and a centre piece that will grab everyone’s attention! Mr Mulligans also offers a superb bar and restaurant, the perfect way to top off your day or evening. Open until late, customers are welcome to bring friends and your loved ones to enjoy a delicious drink or two.

General manager Chloe Fairburn talked to us about the business:

GBS: Why do your clients regard you as the business they want to work with?

Chloe: Mr Mulligans is an alternative venue which can cater for a wide range of clientele and age groups. From team building & corporate celebrations through right through to children’s parties and team outings.

Our venue offers somewhere to break down barriers, relax and engage with colleagues and friends, whilst staying active and most importantly, having fun!

With a large restaurant and bar area, Mr Mulligans can cater for groups of up to 150 people. 

GBS: What do you see as the most significant issue facing your business at present?

Chloe: Reaching out to new markets and creating loyal customers has become a key focus for us. People associate crazy golf with children’s activities and parties, yet we have so much more to offer! Plus, who shouldn’t let their inner child run free from time to time?

We are also affected seasonally as customer purchasing habits are always affected by any hot weather. 

GBS: What characterises your ideal prospect client when you’re at The Gloucestershire Business Show?

Chloe: As Mr Mulligans is such a versatile venue we’re hoping to meet everyone and share a little excitement! We can cater for any client who is looking for a different team building event, social or party booking. Come and challenge us and see what we can spin up for you!

GBS: What do you see as the most important opportunity for your business at present?

Chloe: We’ll be attending GBS to network and develop strong partnerships with local businesses in the Gloucestershire area and to share some of our amazing packages and offers with everyone. 

GBS: If there are key business contacts, you’d like to develop who would they be and what would the ideal outcome be?

Chloe: As we’ve mentioned earlier, Mr Mulligans is the ‘par’fect venue for everyone! We’d love to meet anyone who is looking to motivate and engage their teams with something a little different. Or, if you have family and friends who love an adventure, we’d love to tell you a little more about our Crazy golf experiences!

GBS: What are your key products and messages that you’re bringing to the show?

Chloe: Our Key products are our two 18-hole crazy golf courses, fully stocked bar and friendly restaurant. We offer some amazing packages to go along with the amazing time you’ll have at our venue.

Mr Mulligans is not afraid to be a little out of the box and still cater for everyone. And, we do mean everyone. We are proud to cater for any dietary requirement, ability or other requirement. 

We also offer some amazing packages and offers, from unlimited golf on a Tuesday evening to sensory sessions for those who like to play in a quitter less demanding environment. We’re always looking on ways to improve and become more inclusive, we’d love to hear any ideas on the day!

Sunday 10am – 9pm

Please note: Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult between 18:00 and 20:45. All under 18’s must leave the venue by 20:45, ID will be required. This is a legal requirement, please bear in mind when booking.
