Mr. Everything is an emergency

When you have the kind of client that acts like every little thing is an emergency that is "Mr. Everything is an emergency". If you are running a healthy business you probably came across at least one. He is a very unique character. 

He thinks the world revolves around him and if he is your client, that means he needs 100% of all your resources and attention, usually these types of clients jump from one agency to another, they hire and fire people in a month more than most companies do in a year. 

When dealing with Mr. Everything is an emergency, look at the situation objectively and ask whether this is a real or manufactured emergency. 

If it’s real, then, by all means, you should take an action. 

If it’s manufactured to put this individual at center stage, then you have to stay professional and help him to see that not every problem requires an immediate solution. 

 What is helpful when dealing with this type of clients is: 

-You have to make sure every single detail and timeline are being met.  

-You have to be very careful and to have everything in a writing format. 

-You have to make sure you don't allow him to make major changes when something had been approved. 

We don't live in a perfect world and we have to be flexible and able to handle these types of clients. 

We would recommend being careful and deliver every single detail and project on time to avoid bigger issues and to keep up with your time frame. 

Remember for this character everything is already an emergency.
