What was your path to your current position?

Switching to Commercial shipping after Merchant Navy was quite tough, had a great secured job but yes commercial shipping was always a second thought after success with sailing on ships as an officer.

As they say we have to sacrifice few things to gain and adopt new things in life.

The current position myself and company is heading no doubt its going to be very successful in coming years, as the path / goal and aims are set.

?

What are the main changes you’ve seen in your field since you began and how do you see it evolving? What changes would you like to see?

Since I have joined and after evaluating the market since then till now it has been quite steady in terms of owners point of view and as well as charterers.

Yes few ups and downs are happening at regular intervals of span.

Vessel owners are moving into segments where they can even move there vessel from a low earning basin to high earning basin facing the losses as well.

Further advancements in autonomous shipping technologies, including the deployment of remotely operated and unmanned vessels.

Continued efforts to reduce carbon emissions and achieve carbon neutrality through the development of zero-emission vessels and the adoption of renewable energy sources.
