In other news...
- Want to see me sat in a bathtub full of peas? Me either. Don't click here.
- This week has been another wild one. Things seem to be going so well across the board right now. Our clients are happy, we're winning lots of new business. At the same time, I'm keeping a level head as what goes up must. come down. I'm preparing for the new challenges we'll be facing in this next stage of growth. I'm excited & a bit nervous!
- I received a cold LinkedIn connection request with the below message & it's the first one that really made me giggle & worked! It left me feeling positive (see below). I'm sure everyone will be doing this soon & ruining it though haha.
Thought for the day
What's one of the biggest f*ck ups you've made in business that taught you a great lesson? Here are 5 of mine:
1. Going after EVERY opportunity
Lesson: Qualify customers (We use MEDDPICC - game changer!)
2. Taking too long to stop doing stuff that isn't working
Lesson: Use data to be ruthless with how you spend your time
3. Spending too much time working IN the business
Lesson: Working ON the business is more important long-term!
4. Not making an effort to meet people in person
Lesson: Make the effort!
5. Eating yellow snow
Lesson: Don't eat yellow snow
What about you? Are you brave enough to share one of your biggest f*ck ups and what you learned from it?
Happy Friday!! ??

2 个月I'm both impressed and concerned by MrBeast's influence. His innovative approach and work ethic are admirable, but the emphasis on spectacle and viral content raises questions about attention spans and expectations for younger generations. While he creates a positive impact, the constant need for bigger, more extreme content could be setting unrealistic standards for success and fulfilment in our youth's minds.
