MPP Good Neighbours Award

Yesterday I was honoured to be one of the recipients of the Good Neighbors Award by MPP Jamie West Receiving this recognition is truly a heartwarming moment for me, as it validates the countless hours of dedication and passion I have poured into serving our community for the past 3 years through volunteerism, community education, youth empowerment, and family support programs. It's an incredible honor to be acknowledged for embodying the values of selflessness, tenacity, and commitment that define what it means to be a good neighbor. Congratulations to other distinguished recipients, including the incredible Cristina Scarpellini , Founder of Angels of Hope Against Human Trafficking whom I was delighted to meet in-person after hearing a lot about the life changing work she does at her organization.

I am truly grateful to MPP Jamie West for this meaningful recognition and for his unwavering support of community initiatives. Thanks to leaders like him, we can continue to make a positive impact and promote kindness and selflessness within our neighborhoods, especially where it concerns children, youth and families.
