Six months turned into three years when I recognized Mo’s passion for technology and in fact that he shared similar values to that of MpiloTech. At this juncture Mo was appointed as a permanent employee as our first ever Technology Manager and soon thereafter ascended to our first ever Chief Technology Officer. Over the last year Mo has assisted me in navigating troubled waters and his leadership skills shone brightly.
