Mpacplus to showcase special refrigerant cooling products at the 2024 Korea International Safety & Health Show
Mpacplus Co., Ltd. (CEO Son Sang-Yeol) announced its participation in the '2024 Korea International Safety & Health Show (KISS 2024)', to be held from July 1 (Monday) to July 4 (Thursday) at KINTEX in Goyang.
Established in 1985, Mpacplus has accumulated 40 years of expertise and technology in high-frequency bonding and liquid filling, qualifying it as a venture and INNOBIZ company. The company also manufactures a wide array of cooling products based on over 300 intellectual properties (IP), including smartphone waterproof cases, dry bags, air fresheners, and other accessories, demonstrating its unique prowess in technology-based commercialization.
At this exhibition, Mpacplus will display four types of cooling products designed to prevent heat loss symptoms during outdoor activities: IceRing (Neck Cooler), Ice Vest, Head Cooling Pad, and IceWrap. Most of these products utilize a special refrigerant that cools below 18°C to prevent body temperature rise and sweating and support emergency care for injuries.
Depending on their use, these products are designed to provide immediate cold compress effects to the necessary areas. The IceRing can be worn around the neck to maintain body temperature in hot and humid environments. In contrast, the Ice Vest, an inner-type product, can be worn under regular or work clothes to provide even cooling across the upper body.

The Head Cooling Pad, designed to be attached inside helmets or hats, assists industrial workers in managing scalp heat, and the IceWrap can be worn around wrists or knees to alleviate pain and inflammation.
A representative from Mpacplus stated, "Last year, the company achieved sales of 7 billion won in Korea and $3 million in exports to the United States, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates." He added, "This year, we plan to expand the export of our cooling products to Europe and Southeast Asia, where rising temperatures due to global warming continue to be a concern."
"Additionally, this year's goal is to enter Uline, the leading distributor in the U.S. MRO, business supplies, and consumables sector, and start exporting new products. As Uline also operates in Canada and Mexico, entering this market is expected to lead to significant growth," he continued.
