We have been advised several times that if you want to be #successful, read the story of successful people and surround yourself with diligent and successful ones. This is right and I could not agree more!!! BUT there is a question occurs to me. What is the purpose of talent acquisition then?

Working with different groups, I saw some people always seek working and keeping the more knowledgeable, hardworking, smart persons in their groups and never like to give themselves the chance of getting familiar with other thoughts and personalities who may be judged and known as lazy in their opinions!

Since I like challenges and welcome to most people, I have had these people in my team and I saw how stunning they are!!!!They shine like a diamond with wonderful results at the end!!!! I am of the opinion that it is not an art to stick to the number one individual….it is priceless to empower those never been discovered and help them grow…. That is the exact moment when leadership is meaningful.

I have never forgot what one of my French classmates said: "?????? ?????? ???????????? ???? ?????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????? ?????????????????? ?????????????????????? ???? ?????? ????????????" !!!! Absolutely!
