Many of us have a habit of listening to music while working. In many professions, it also helps boost productivity and creativity. How many playlists have you curated exclusively for work? But if you want to take help from science and Hygge when you curate these playlists, read on -

There is certain kind of music/instruments that help increase our creativity and focus and also it's science-backed.

Mozart from the classical period -

According to some research, Mozart - a great classical composer's music can help us at work. listening to his music for even a brief period each day can boost our abstract reasoning ability. Also, many researchers believe that listening to western classical music at work can have positive effects on our mood.

Indian classical music -

According to the latest research, we should be looking at Indian classical music in a new way as it has the power to control our emotions and channel them in a positive way.

White noise -
