After a lot of years of an extremely busy life revving up an exciting career, it is time to change gear...

Those of us who have driven geared vehicles know that, if done right, moving up a gear reduces strain on the engine while you cruise at the same or maybe higher speed! 

Up-shifting for me looks like -

  • Mentoring a Government-aided startup program and being virtual CMO and CSO to two very promising startups
  • Teaching as visiting faculty - forces me to keep learning
  • Being enrolled in a study program

Cruising for me means -

  • Readying for a longer, more sustainable 'career'
  • Being available for a cup of coffee and companionship
  • Less busy more engaged: travelling for business and pleasure!
