Moving on

I have decided it is time for me to move on to the next adventure in my working life. The decision has been made after several weeks of evaluations of pros and cons.

3? years, as Group VP for Service & Solutions in Grundfos, has been a great and extraordinary experience I never will forget. I have been driving a major transformation and succeeding in getting Service to become a customer differentiator and a profitable growth engine. Thanks a lot, to all the fantastic people, I have worked with and recruited over the last years in Grundfos. Thanks a lot for your energy, passion, and believe in me and the rigid outstanding execution. I feel very honored and proud of what we have achieved together and being part of the Grundfos family.

Also, a huge thanks to our CEO Mads Nipper and our CSO Poul Due Jensen, who have showed true leadership during the transformation.

I am 100% confident the Service Journey will continue even faster going forward and Grundfos will reach new levels of success, as the Grundfos Strategy for 2025 is providing a central position for Service & Solutions, including digitalisation.

The 1st of December I will join the Global Executive Management team of HBK (Hottinger Bruel & Kj?r) as CSO (Chief Sales Officer). I am really looking forward utilizing my knowledge and experience with the Sales and Service teams globally within HBK.

I feel very confident that we together will be able to get this exiting newly established company on a profitable growth journey and through our offerings provide HBK customers insights and confidence to create outstanding products in a digital world.
