Moving past your Limiting Beliefs

Outwardly I have always seemed a very positive and confident person. I hid it very well from people that internally I was crippled with anxiety, self doubt, worried about what other people thought and all of this led to me doubting I belonged in the jobs I had worked so hard to achieve. 

Even as a CEO I felt almost apologetic for having somehow found myself in the role and doubted myself at every turn.  

Without support and help I continued to spiral into a darker place and when personal challenges added to that growing anxiety, I broke.

Now, however I am in a truly wonderful place - surrounded by some excellent support I have flourished and am absolutely committed to helping you and others before you reach the stage I reached.

I have used personal and business coaching to make some huge and exciting changes in my life and the coaching was key to driving me forward and keeping me accountable.

I have now launched a resilience workbook which combines all the stages of an introduction to coaching which helps you get familiar with you and your behaviour in a much deeper way.

It works like this:

SECTION 1 – UNDERSTANDING

In this section we will begin to look at your current mindset and understand how it works. This will include beginning to notice your self talk and the effect that has on you – so that you can begin to change it.

SECTION 2 – CONNECTING

Now you will begin to connect with the true version of you. You will be asked to think about who you are as a person and who you want to be – how they are connected already and where you may wish to make a change.

SECTION 3 – ACTION

Using all your learning so far, you will be taking action in this section to move your mindset. This is the part of the workbook you will want to revisit daily, preferably for 14 days to add to or just read over. This helps absorb the information and create a habit of positivity in your mind.
