Moving Out of a Fear-Based Reality.

Another working hypothesis of the Living in Alignment Model, is that when you’re disconnected from Source energy your human self/ mind will most likely experience fear.  Many people are needlessly living in a fear-based reality because they have a lack of or no conscious connection to Source energy.  Being disconnected from Source energy is the result of having limited or faulty beliefs, perceptions, and expectations about Source energy.

Some of the common indicators that fear is in the driver’s seat are worry, doubt, angst, unease, insecurity, and anxiety which adversely impacts your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual realities. To be sure, living in a fear-based reality has undesirable repercussions upon your overall sense of health and well-being.

The next time you’re feeling consumed by fear experience what happens when you focus your intention and attention on connecting with Source energy. Use the method(s) that work for you in connecting with Source energy (such as prayer, breathwork, visualization, meditation, yoga, walks in nature, etc.).

Also, the more externally focused you are the more you’ll live in a fear-based reality.  Being primarily externally resourced is when you’re overly identified with your human self and the world in front of your eyes. When this occurs there will be a tendency to awfulize, and/ or catastrophize, which creates, exacerbates, and perpetuates a disconnection from Source energy.

Versus being internally resourced or when you’re deferring and relying upon Source energy to led your life. When you’re internally resourced, you’re doing less figuring out and more feeling into your life. More specifically, when you’re being internally resourced you listen to and follow your intuition- which is the voice of your Soul or Source energy within. Listening to and following your intuition is always advantageous with no exceptions!!!  

You’ll discover that the more internally resourced you become the less fear you’ll experience and the more connected you’ll feel with Source energy.
