Moving On

This is my last post as Managing Director of Piper Pritchard Associates (formerly known as Helix Associates). Today is my last day of work as a legal recruiter in London. It's time to go home.

When I joined this company 2 years ago, it was a true start up venture. I had never recruited before. We have since grown, moved offices, and been acquired. We have placed candidates around the world, helped them change practice areas, helped them become partners. I leave behind a strong combined force of 7 talented legal recruiters, all of whom I will miss. This is a hard-working, friendly, ambitious, ethical team. The candidates I have been working with are in excellent hands with my colleagues.

I became a recruiter at this company, and for that I am grateful.

My next step is to move home to San Francisco, and in mid-July I will begin my new role as a Managing Director for associate recruitment in the Bay Area at Major, Lindsey & Africa. I am thrilled to be joining such a storied and successful company with, like me, its roots firmly planted in San Francisco.
