On moving from good to great.

Do you want to be good, or do you want to be great? It's a simple question, and one that just about everyone answers the same way. "Of course I want to be great."

Great is a relative term. We may think of it as?Olympic gold, a unicorn start-up?or the C-suite.?But It can also mean accomplishing?a personal goal or?being your best self.

Whether you aspire attaining?global reach or achieving?a seemingly unattainable goal, there is one?characteristic?that?will lead?you to the result you want or need.

I've used it to build an international consulting practice,?lose weight, complete a marathon, travel extensively?and countless other personal and professional results.

It doesn't require a?post-secondary?degree, financial investment or friends in high places. All you need is to do is?apply consistent action to your desired outcome.

This week's tip: Consistency is your most powerful resource in achieving any goal.?P.S.: Don't be deceived by the simplicity of this formula. It works.
