Moving From Fear to Courage
How much is it fear that keeps us separated from ourselves and each other? That has caused us to be racist and to fear others who have power? Is it fear not identified, shared and cared for that holds you back and causes you anxiety?
How much is it fear that keeps us disconnected from our feelings and our gifts? Is it fear of the ramifications of facing our fear that stops us from moving forward with an idea? is it fear that keeps us distant from those who aren’t like us and don’t think like us? Is it fear that prevents us from speaking up against injustice?
Is it fear that controls and stops you from bringing your gifts more fully out into the world?
I am ready to feel and own my fears.I am ready to stop judging others so harshly who are struggling and stuck in their fears. I am game to reach inside to find my courage to allow fears to speak to me clearly and give me guidance how I need to act, think and what qualities will help move me toward healing.
They are mirrors for me.
It is time to bring awareness to our fears? From that place to ask ourselves how can i move toward healing those places within myself that are fearful and then what do I need in order to address and have the courage to do it differently? Thanks to Awareness that Heals written by Robert Strock I am able to feel safer within myself so I can use this challenging emotion instead of the fear ruling me.
