The team at Bozeman Health Big Sky Medical Center (BSMC) has been preparing to provide time-sensitive care for trauma patients in an effort to better meet the community’s needs. The State Trauma Care Commitee and Department of Health and Human Services has awarded BSMC a full three-year designation as a "Trauma Receiving Facility". This designation is complemented by a recent award, the Montana Rural Healthcare Performance Improvement Network (PIN) Quality Improvement Award, from the Montana Hospital Association.
