Mountaineering and Careers are Identical

Mountaineering has always fascinated me not only as a sport but also lessons it can teach oneself.. While there are many., let me illustrate few..?

Such a daring sport it is., unless one is prepared / skilled it’s difficult to scale up.?

Be it this sport or career - entrepreneurship or corporate career., it’s arduous journey where in every 300 metres there is drop of 1 degree Celsius. Same with careers - one has to spend considerable time to get used to position and challenges?

* Acclimatisation* is the word else one suffers from mountain sickness - Google to see how dreaded this disease can be. Even as one climbs career this stage is required to hone skills / acquire knowledge and gain wisdom else being at the top can be at too suffocating..?

Khumbu pass or Icefall will happen to people to some stage in life. If one’s skilled or acclimatised to it survival will be difficult. Those crevasses can be dangerous! At times life threatening too!?

Natural disasters like avalanche / snow storms are like this pandemic/ business lows due to out of control situations. Manoeuvring them needs all of that mentioned above..?

Growing at self paced as each of us have different learning curves and absorption - no need to hurry!! We will make it for sure., zenith is the goal certainly not WITHIN that time!!
