LHL Group are acting as Contract Administrator on behalf of Stapleton Waterhouse and Pauray Properties Ltd. for the re-roofing works and associated works in addition to the monitoring of the tenant-fit out works of 4 commercial units in 'The Mount' conservation area, York.

The existing Westmorland slate tiles are due to be replaced with Welsh Blue-Grey slates, the replacement of roof lights to cover the same area as existing and rainwater goods to match existing in accordance with City of York Council's guidance with regards to development within the conservation area. 

The tenant 'Valentinos Ristorante' will be converting two of the units into an Italian Restaurant in addition to extending to the rear to create a large kitchen area.  

All works are progressing and expected to be completed Mid-October.
