Under the auspices of STEPI an MOU signing ceremony took place between HTP-Azerbaijan and DTK on Oct. 22 2024. HTP is a cluster agency to foster knowledge transfer, startup incubation and R&D project development in Azerbaijan.

As an open innovation intermediary, I've seen a considerable potentiality in Baku. Particularly HTP's technology transfer office looks fully ready for providing quality service to its clients. Based on MOU, DeltaTech-Korea is going to do a few of pilot TT projects with HTP, High Technologies Park, and learn each other to set a standardized protocol of technology transfer journey.
